But all of that is too expensive and let’s be honest the NFL ownership would rather try to skate pretending the league is ok and get shut down by circumstances then pay extra money outside of a few remodeling costs.

Yeah I am 100% okay with them letting Guice go. It just sucks because he clearly has potential to be an explosive back. It’s like Jordan Reed but even worse since he played so much less time than Reed did.

I actually think that the season will not be a complete shit show if they just didn’t do this kinda shit. Seriously the more I hear and think, like no player wants to be “that guy” who fucked the team for even one game. Any player caught in a public place without a mask or distancing is going to get the shame treatment and sure it will take only 1 for players to realize this. Players are already pretty much being told, go to work, go home and order online. With many players/coaches saying they feel safe is also a good thing.
But now unless you can 100% ensure a fan can’t cough in the stands and it be inhaled by a player while playing then then why risk it?
Money.
But honestly if they actually enforced social distances like some international sports handled these then it can be done. But especially with it being Uncle Jerry I expect greed to win over safety concerns.
