The thing is, while it was funded for multiple seasons it doesn’t mean Vince or anyone was prepared for a cancellation by pandemic. It’s uncharted territory.

So Monday NFL teams can sign XFL players. Would be promising for the XFL’s future if a few of them are scooped up as this would show players it could lead to better opportunities even in a short season.

I am sure PJ Walker will be scooped up by someone.

I was wondering what Carolina was going to do with Kyle Allen since they just signed Teddy Bridgewater and PJ Walker. They just traded him to Washington.

Yeah we needed a backup and he knows the offense. Given the situation we are in outside of sports, that is valuable.

Side Note: The Chiefs signed the XFL’s second best QB, Jordan Ta’amu, to a deal.

The issue will be the same one that made him hard to trade. Teams are going to want their doctors to evaluate him and give him a physical. Right now all physicals have been put on hold.

Edit: NFL statement contradicts the statement from their doctors. So physicals are not on hold.

I feel for Panthers fans and Cam, I feel they did Cam wrong but hopefully all parties will be stronger from here on in their diverging paths.

Also hope Cam doesn’t go to the Patriots and ruins things for the AFC by giving them more hardware.
