I want to learn how to use Vega and I found out about this guy
check him out he seems to be old Vega player.

ah I just noticed thanks.
But overall Vega gameplay is way way better then USF4 in term of grab command and not charged char any more.
The only thing I miss is if he can throw his mask away omg that will be awesome and deadly! 
yeah hope they add that in the future, and ability to pick up claw again
