Well the first alt is just her Alpha costume (Like Chun’s 3rd alt).
A: Cody in the original fight looks kinda like Ryan Gosling to me.
B: I think Cody could probably use buffs in Ultra.
Given the above, the only logical solution I see is to give Cody the outfit Ryan Gosling wears in Drive and give him a command grab where he stomps on the opponent’s face if you press a kick button afterwards and hits them with a hammer if you press a punch button.
