Are people going to start uploading vids to www.veoh.com or stage 6? I only ask because I had to block it at my job and I had to bite a bullet on watching my favorite vids 
You could always use a proxy to view the blocked sites.
I know stage six is pretty hype, it allows divx so the quality is really nice.
proxy sites that I know off dont work with youtube, if you know one please enlighten me
