So I’m thinking of buying the steam offer for all the skins in the game for 15 bucks, but I couldn’t help but notice that there’s quite a few missing from their pack. Or so I think, since I didn’t find any information that would be to the least helpful. Most characters seem to have around 3 skins and from the random bits of information I got, the pack has 2 for most chars except the Twins, Evil Ryu and Oni who have 1. Does anyone have some better information? Because it’s being sold as “all the skins” and I can’t help shake that feeling of not getting my money’s worth.

Each version had 1 alternate costume set added to all the characters of that version.
SF4 characters have 3 alternates
SSF4 characters have 2
SSF4:AE have 1.

There is a complete set that has them all including the ones for the twins and the newest shotos, also if you want all the colors but never had sf4 you can download a unlocker to get them.

On psn is is called the complete costume pack 1 (and 2?) That unlocks all the (ultra/ feminine/ classic/etc.) costume pack 1.
It costs ¥2000 for my region… for $15 you got a good discount man!

yeah you get colors 11 and 12 (you’ll see that the 4 new characters have them but the rest of the cast wont). They did something similar with the console releases.
