Its not even about 3s which is what i think they should have made i might as well give up hope that they ever will make a 3s anime, much like im neva going see a kof one.

Btw, the girl right in the beginning in the bath tub, that was sakura. A label appears in the video with her name on that scene… and I’m talking the very first scene, because later on there’s more bath shots… I dunno then. This movie’s take on street fighter is certainly interesting. I don’t like that hadoken, but ah well. Also, akum looks weird because they flattened out his distinctly chiseled face! He’s got like a freakin’ hawk nose, and now it’s kinda mashed in and wide. No biggie, but just sayin’.

Actually, they preimered it at this past Anime Expo. Unfortunately, I missed it by 15 minuets.
Trailer looks decent, animation is not what I was expecting but I’m not disappointed with it either.
Ryu’s dojo in the first Alpha? Which level was this? If I remember correctly, Ryu’s level was just a street where a convenience store and a japanese bath house could be seen…
^^ He means the first Alpha movie matey. I gotta say, I would prefer it a lot more if they drew it Alpha 1 stylee.

wow, i wasnt expecting much, but that actually looks pretty cool, thought akuma didnt look perfect, but alot better than the shitty alpha manga that already exists…lookin forwards to this now, sweet!
It was interesting to finally see a trailer of how the anime is turning out. It was not what I expected, art-wise, but the anime seems to retain the smooth-flowing fights that the first Alpha movie presented, which I liked. Does anyone know if Alpha Generations is using the same production crew that had worked on some of the previous sf animes?

From the names dropped in the preview, no, it seems like it’s a different set of people entirely working on this one, none of the names they mentioned worked on the first SFA Anime, the SF2 Animated Movie or SF2V.
Bengus’ designs would have been cool (but the closest we’ll get to that was the last alpha OAV and that was just ok to me - it did have its moments though);
but people are bugging: from the clip the animation is good and this shit looks sick

Just saw it. The other 2 OAV’s looked better. Like the 1st Alpha , they should have kept a Bengus like look.
My fav Ryu is the Alpha 2 VS screen. When I draw, I had always used that style of my SF’s, ever since I saw that pic.

the old man gets killed it would seem buy akuma, (it looks like, he is holding his heart mortal kombat style :S)
the old man is most like ryus master/gouken/goutetsu which is gonna be real lame… if its true.
the guy with the red hair is indeed akuma, seems like ryu witnesses the old dudes death
the girl in the bathtub looks more like chunli to me, although it could be anyone.
“guile” fights ken i believe at the start
