All Rekka Punishes on Block/Hit

ALL Criticism/Additions/Corrections is accepted!

Moves with an * in front of it indicate that the move is rarely used or it can be canceled into a safe special move (such as a fireball) leaving the fact that it can be reversal’d pretty much moot. They are still included for completion’s sake.

Some characters (Such as Boxer or Adon) just have an arsenal of very safe moves, this is seriously everything.

NOTE: This is based purely on time, some moves will push you out too far and will be impossible to punish with every version. In most cases if Fierce Rekka can punish according to the frame data that means you will be able to get the hit.

You should note for blanka horizontal ball you need to perform MP Rekka 1 (whiff), 2 (Hit), 3 (Hit). That’s the way to punish his horizontal balls. Also add for Honda’s EX headbutt and jab headbutt EX Rekka, since it’s more guaranteed to connect all hits due to its bigger hitbox, and first hit of EX has 7 frame startup.

Or you could just dash up and jab Rekka three times for all three hits against Blanka Balls.

This is the right idea but it’s ludicrously difficult online.

Yeah online is brutal to try that dash rekka. So hard get that timing down when the latency is inconsistent.

This counter has a very small reversal box. Starnab posted it in his guide against Blanka. Also online with lag its very, very hard to counter. IT can be done but not as easy as it sounds.
