if not there is a train that goes from bwi to dc. then @ union station you can take the metro to the orange line towards vienna and maybe someone can get you from there or take that same orange line to west falls church, a few stops shorter, where a bus runs from there to dulles for like $10 or someshit and someone can get you from there.
There are plenty of people that USUALLY come this way from that area so someone should be able to hook you up.
