if justin is the first pick, the other team captain gets two picks next, instead of just one.
ie:
there’s justin, eric v, eric k, phi, and someone who’s just as bad
captain 1 picks justin, captain 2 is able to pick two players as their next pick (say eric v and eric k).
captain 1 then picks from whoever’s left.
captain 2 still has a possible advantage, as long as he/she picks two players who together can meet or beat justin’s score.
(there will be a coin flip for who gets first pick.)
