I haven’t read a post on this yet but has it been figured out why a lot of players ratings on HD are 0 even though they have more than enough games logged to receive a rating?
I used to have a rating of 3800 something but one night it went to 0 and hasn’t moved ever since. Since then I have played about 100 games. Even All of my friends’ ratings are now at 0.
Is there a bug reported on this and is there a fix that can be done?

It’s been some time, i think they are aware of it.
Dunno if a patch or a fix or whatever is coming though.

As far as I know, it’s due to happen to everyone eventually. A couple friends of mine reported it, and then about a week later, I got back from vacation, and started playing. I had a good rating when I started, and 0 rating about an hour later - hasn’t moved from 0 since.
