Wow…this is getting retarded, now all Street Fighter 4 related threads must be in the street fighter 4 forum. Any more of these retarded threads “new sf4 characters” will be closed with out notification and will be infracted. LEARN TO USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION. Thanks!
