Yes because allthou I love the SF games… they treat to many of their other beloved franchises like crap. And its more fun and easier to spell that capcpom
The only difference between a good and bad character is a set of numbers that changes every game. worrying about that is a waste of time.
Aesthetics on the other hand remain relatively the same or at least some where in that area.
I dont think anyone ever played alex because they thought he was “good” I played alex because I thought he was cool. But that’s my motive for all fighting games. Johnny in gg wasn’t great but I play him. Terry wasn’t amazing but he’s cool af.
