Hmm? Well if you already got the Gouki basics like c.mk, l.tatsumaki, fierce DP then all I can think of is neat set ups & combos with SGS & KKZ, first one that comes to mind is c.mk, l. tatsumaki, jab, KKZ. Ill see what else I have.
i got a couple really interest raging demon set ups recorded
one is cr.mk, lk tastumaki, s.mk, whiff lk tatsumaki > raging demon, and some simple ones like standing hk > raging demon, and kara raging demon etc.
i have problems doing the jab reset kkz thing, i think it’d be a nice addition to the video. i’m hoping maybe someone can do it and record it for me
Yeah that KKZ set up is a bitch but after a lot of practice it gets real easy, anyway I’d dot it except I dont have a camera or anything to record it on. Good demon flip set up is c.mk, l.tatsumaki, s.hp into demon flip, I usually do a dive kick after that and if the opponent gets hit I just repeat the process with a s.hp into a l.tatsumaki etc. etc.
the problem is that there’s like a .5 second lag between the ps2 and my monitor… so i can’t do anything real time. i have to record a replay =/ which is a reallll pain in the ass.
if anyone wants to see the clips u can add me on msn, jian604@hotmail.com
i could use some ideas heh
Did you get the demon flip -> RD setup? As in setup a demon flip, hit kick just before landing so you lose the recovery time, immediately RD. That and the fake air fireball setup are two of the best, thought the clear winner is anti-air demon.
Also, for some reason I’m able to dive kick to the other side of a person and demon and they always try to do something. But I don’t recommend it for normal use.
And don’t forget blocked sweep cancel into demon to catch them trying to punish.
Also, the (95% sure of this) Alex-only combo of j.fp -> st.fp -> mk.tatsumaki -> fp.shoryuken. Anti-Alex combos are always fun. =)
