Just use GIMP, it opens .PSD files fine and it’s open source/free.
OP - you may have to make it yourself - most people who work hard on a design for their stick don’t really want to share the design (myself included). Another option would be to contact someone like d3v and get some commissioned art. There are some extremely talented designers in the Tech Talk forum.

On a serious note where on earth do people get the hi-res art for the custom sticks? The PSD files? I can’t find the art anywhere, just low res jpegs. And I have honestly used my friend google.
