Lol, at least when commenting on the grammar of a country, you should use proper spelling.
Silly Americans…

actually, it’s c.lk, c.lp, sweep xx hurricane kick, you can’t link the sweep from a c.lk.
Oops, thanx for catching that.
puts the bong down
Let’s just say crouching jab, jab, sweep xx whatever. In this case, once the opponent(very close to corner) catches on and starts blocking it everytime, replace whatever with teleport. Ryu can also do jab jab sweep.
eh… I stopped using d.LP, d.LP, d.HK xx hurricane as my BnB combo actually. The one frame link is a pain. Just one d.LP, then d.HK xx hurricane is better because you can get an additional +2 to make it an easy three frame link whenever you set up the counter hit.
I’ve been screwing around with E. Ryu.
He can recover from any of his fireballs (super or normal) in enough time to combo a DP or ShoryuReppa.
Also, the combo I use is j.lk xx qcb.lk xx qcb.lk xx dp.hp
Seems like in CvS2 Ryu and Evil Ryu are all about their hurricane kicks.
BTW you can use S groove Evil Ryu and if you land a super fireball in the corner, you can follow up with Shoryureppa
akuma
i found out that if you press hp lp at the
same time he will do it with not problem.
I mess around with the teleport imo it’s a decent move. I usually do it as part of footsies. I like to rush down so sometimes I rush in and do the weak reverse teleport playing against someone with full meter and depending on the character that might do a lvl3 which might whiff or if it does hit it does crap damage. Also to note sometimes I’ll spam reverse teleports from full screen since they look a bit like his flaming hadoken. It’s great against N and K groovers because if they run in they can’t instantly guard so they’re pretty fucked if throw a fireball from quarter screen.
So it has it’s uses. And akuma’s such a weak health character I usually turtle hard with him as he can’t go toe to toe with the majority of the cast especially strong characters like Gief’s and Sagats.
