Per, my LS-32’s rattle. I can’t see anything directly wrong with them, but I was wondering if they’re faulty. I don’t remember the last one I bought rattling, at first I thought it was the shaft cover but it’s not. It sounds like a little piece of metal is loose or something, IDK, any ideas?

hey chainz…did they leave u some type of notification…as to where to go and pick it up?

yeah the infamous pink slip…u need that an proper ID to get it at ur local PO

damn it…i have a feeling im getting a pink slip

i live in mexico…and i sent the order to a friends house…and since no one was there to receive it…damn…gonna have to get the parts and rebuild my stick when i get to the hotel before the texas shodown

Check post #84 (I’m not sure if its the same post number for you or not)

It happens with a lot of seimetsu sticks, Per even recorded the sound.

Per, let us know how much those QDs and QD sleeves cost or put them up on the web site. I might get some from you the next time I order since I’ll probably be running low on them myself.

Every seimitsustick sounds like that, it is the metalblades on the microswitches.

Paik4Life
AT-110 = 1350yen (100pcs of .110 QDs)
AT-187 =1600yen (100pcs of .187 QDs)

SR-110 =1500yen (50pcs of sleeves for .110 QDs)
SR-187 =1500yen (50pcs of sleeves for .187 QDs)

I will take some pics of them ones I get them myself (waiting for a package right now).

Hmm, okay. I just can’t remember the last one I had doing that, in fact it doesn’t do that, I tried shaking the one in my HRAP2. I think I know what the noise is though, there’s like a little piece of metal covering the inside of the shaft. I think it’s that slipping up and down when you shake it. If it’s suposed to be like that then that’s cool…I think lol.

I get 2 new seimitsus today (LS-40-01 and LS-32-01). I will test it on them.
All my other (Seimitsu) sticks has these “noises”.

yeah its a normal thing… aslong as the stick works… thats all that matters to me…

OK, I got some today and I just took some pictures:

Here are some AT 110QD`s and SR110 (sleeves).

110 QDs…

Sleeves for 110 QDs…

This is how the QDs look…

And the sleeves look like this…

QD in a sleeve…

From the back…

On the button…

LS-40-01 with different dustcover AND LS-32-01 mountingplate (I took it from one of my LS-32-01`s).

One thing that concerns me is that I think you have to use a special tool to crimp these QDs and it is called AT-27 and cost over 32000yen at Sanwa!!! BUT, I could find it cheaper (much cheaper) I think. I will look…

I shook the sticks that I got today and they both sound, just like the ones I had before so don`t worrie.

Dj_Matrix
Some people want sanwa or seimitsu things so I don`t argue with that :).

Awesome, just got my seimitsu parts in today, everything looks great, BUT WHAT IS WITH THIS RATTLE…

Just kidding.

A++ thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

ParryPerson.
Nice, I am happy for you.

PS: Soon I have to start a “Why is it a rattlesnake in my seimitsu” thread…

Got my Seimitsu parts delivered friday morning (at 8 o’clock) and compared to the Happ parts that I had earlier, this is gift from heaven. A BIG thanks to you TRNG for doing this for the fighting community. And now I’m going to continue playing Espgaluda and dodge bullets like never before
