my order is still not updated. i have gotten replies in email asking if i wanted to add more things.
i added some buttons and paid. 5 days later. order not updated. they contact me again asking if i want to add more. order still not updated.
On my initial order (1626) I ordered an octogate and six OBSFs. Three days later I decided to add to the order a JLF with square mounting bracket and 8 OBSNs. Per/TRNG acknowledged the additional items (our exchange happened via email). He assured me that my order would be updated but the order on “My acccount” at AkhibaraShop.jp never updated. Nevertheless, I got everything - my original order and the additional items. Of course I screwed up and bought the wrong ball top size but that’s not TRNG’s fault.
So my point is that if you’ve ordered and then added to that order it looks as if the order as it appears on your account on Per’s site will not show the additional items.
My order #1677 is stuck in RETENTION at Amesterdam customs.
I emailed Aki and here is the reponse I got…

Well it’s been there since Friday and I wasn’t too worried until I got the response back from Aki to call customs. Looks like everyone who ordered EMS on 03/03 got there stuff already which was my initial concern. I still don’t understand why it’s in Amsterdam, I figured a direct flight from Tokyo to LA.
One of the microswitches on my Seimitsu LS-32-01 that I ordered from Akihabara just broke, and I’ve only been using it for roughly 40 or 50 hours… and I’m not even that rough.
Disappointed in the build quality since this is my first arcade stick, was I unlucky… or are they generally this poor?
How do I get a replacement microswitch? Or might it be fixable? I’ve tried Googling and searching here, but I can’t seem to find any useful information.

Definitely not poor build quality. I’ve been using the same LS-32-01 for 2 years now with heavy MvC2 play. No problems whatsoever. Probably just some bad luck =\
You can get a replacement microswitch, but you’ll need to solder it on yourself since Seimitsu doesn’t sell PCB with attached microswitches like Sanwa does. Just use the drop down menu next to the LS-32-01 and find the microswitch part and order. I actually bought 4 extra ones just to be ready if a switch ever dies.
