hey just got my parts. very fast for air mail.
anyway, i can’t seem to get the wires off of the original buttons easily. they are quick switches but they are on there very tight, and i dont wanna mess it up so how can i get them off easily?

but i figured it out. flat heard screw driver got the disconnects off real fast. better then me tuggine on them.
EDIT* CRAP WTH. its still doing the same thing it did. its keeps going to the left! but its not the parts just my stick. either way. great job Per came and parts work to say the least.
I have changed next orderstop to: May 21. This is because we get next shippment of parts May 9 (it is japanese holiday right now) so an extra week is added. Hope this is ok for everyone who wants to order.

that was the inital problem and why i bought that new pcb board. i think im just going to get another base with a new ps and xbox pcb boards. im not about to try to soder since im horrible at it. unless there’s some other way?

If you rotate the sanwapcb, is it still the left that is wrong?

well i put the new one in, and it was going to the left. then i was like am i stupid and put the wrong one in? so i put the other one (old) in and it goes to the left.
and when i had the old one in, i did switch it around and im pretty sure its the left motion, i’ll try again after my exam is done. i hope someone is online to help! lol.
It must be some sort of connection between the leftcable and the groundcable that comes from the stickPCB. Look at the stickPCB, it they are making contact somewhere.

Hmm…is it impossible to remove some of the glue on it? I think this would be your only shot in fixing the problem :/. Remove the glue from where the “left” is because that has contact with ground somehow I think (the other directions work so it must be the left only and not the ground).

and i have no idea how to get rid of that glue.

I have never used paypal. Is it easy to use for this application? Does it automatically do the currency manipulation? Is the 21 the deadline to place an order or pay for it or both? I am ready to do this all I need is a push.
