So it seems like my problem fixed itself, which probably means something with my connection was being wonky(or the other guys). I’ll start jumping on the irc tomorrow or something for some matches!
In the meantime any tips for fritz? I basically just kind of mid range zone with him, and he seems to have a mean okizime game, at least against people like sai and murakumo without good wake up options. No real combo’s but his gatlings seem to do tons of damage anyway(although i have the j.b/air counter -> 2.a->level 3 down).
Basically I just try to position myself in a place where I have various pokes that hit them and they have as few as possible to hit me(this also seems to put me at a good range to parry a lot of stuff on reaction as well), Then I try and poke with 5.a, 5.b, and 2.b, if I manage to score a knockdown I meaty with 5.c, 4.c, 2.c, 5.b, or block/back dash. this is all in very lo wlevel play though(between 2 people who got the game a few days ago).
Organizing an ABK event in the Chinatown area of NYC. If you’re in the area at the time and you be blitzin’ come check it out. There will actually be two events: one on the 23rd of this mth and on June 13th. I’m trying to give new players a chance to see what abk is about with the upcoming event and to also prepare them for the following event which will bring more SERIOUS BUSINESS. Seasoned players will want to get down on this too.

Just started playing this today. I’m gonna practice in offline for a while to learn a lot of the basics, then I’ll be online to play with you guys once I get proficient.
ok so i thought id give this ago…i downloaded the engconfig as well but it still dosent work when i click “game start” i get a message that says “bmg.pak and theres some jibberish”. could anyone help me out here?
Search the folders for the bmg.pak. You need to place it in the same folder that the game is in. I don’t mean AK folder>bmg.pak. I mean the folder in which the application that you open to run the game is located.
