well, i’ve been banned from mizuumi’s irc
i couldn’t get an answer to the question why
and bell seemed hesistent to ban me
but apparently ‘i was annoying.’
and you guys probably don’t care
but this was the first time i’ve actually felt bad or had my feelings hurt online.
nobody’s ever called me a faggot before, and that was for asking why am i getting banned…
So i guess im done with abk then, considering i can’t get any more netplay, none of my rl friends like the game and, well i can’t get myself any offline action, or get down to evo etc…
im probably gonna stop checking srk too

I still don’t understand exactly what i was banned for.
what i do know is a few people held a lot of spite against me for not showing up to irc for so many months after the netplay tourney didn’t work out
and nobody really had a problem with me before then
i thought i was getting along pretty ok
i think that’s part of it.

this is gonna be bothering me for a while now.
because im really curious as to why.
Im not really gonna try to get back in or anything, that’s kind of a loser move.

The 1131 match videos from nicovideo have been compiled into a playlist on youtube:
These vids have been something of a holy grail/reference book for PC version players in the US. Regardless of the existence of an arcade version, these vids are still viable and still serve as a legitimate basis on how the characters of the game can/should be played. Because the videos present extensive usage of the entire cast and display a high level of play throughout, every ABK player should take a look through this set of matches at least once.

I finally tried this game a week ago and it quickly became my favorite fighter ever. Bumping this cause more people need to know about this amazing game. I might fill in some stuff on the wiki after I get to know things better, like empty combo sections and what not, just to help people get further introduced. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS GAME!!!
I just wondered where all the matchvids went. I always watch them (never played it though, but have seen it being played live at UK event Battle of Destiny [road to evo])
I don’t think I’ve seen the UK event videos you’re referring to, if you have a link it’d be much appreciated. Other matchvids are still all over the thread and they’re easy enough to find. The only video links that are dead are the ones concerning the loketests for Ausf.Achse earlier this year.
Just to get some sort of discussion going for those who still visit this thread, lets see what type of EX character colors are you guys using. I find it hard to go crazy with the colors so my changes are pretty boring but here are my Fritz, Anonym, and Adler.
