Got my alt Chanter to 20, working towards the second piece of Daevonian armor for my main. Instead of spending fifty bijillion Kinah to get 3 better pieces of equipment, I get one by getting that character to 30 + like 90k and the set bonus makes it better than the 3 things I could have bought. Yay.
protip about equipment: all that matters is manastone slots unless that new piece of gear is 785979348753x better statwise. look for greens with 3 slots on the ah, most of the time people dont notice and sell it for the normal price. you basically got yourself a blue for the price of a green.

In the Daevonian armor’s case, it’s worth it. Just by equipping the second piece (which is damn good by itself) you get a wtfpwn stat boost. At least you do on the Leather set, dunno about the others but I’d bet it’s the same thing.
It is the same on the Courage Plate set for Daevonian Armor, I can say that much. If you have all five pieces, oh my god.

yup you pretty much exploit pathing to solo things you arent supposed to with little effort.
and its only good with ranged classes (i mean, you could use a bow but thats not efficient in the slightest). ranged = top tier in everything.
thats why if youre ranged and youre leveling like everyone else…sorry to say youre doing it wrong.
exploits in mmos are cool though, although i like it when every class has some dumb bullshit they can do to bypass the gameplay. not just god’s chosen.
for those of you still subscribed apparently each month you pay for makes you eligible for ingame item rewards. notable rewards include lodas amulets (20% extra exp for 1 hr), a 2% attack speed increase title, and level 40 “hey look the flight system doesnt suck, we promise” wings (which give nice stat boosts too). the system went into effect today.
with all that sandbagging you do you could build a fort. which you stand in when you do match commentary.
i still want my fucking commentary dammit.
i did stop trying to backdash everything. thats worth something i guess. i still feel like i was actually “better” at the game when we first started playing though.
