2.6k hp is like a 1 shot if an elite mob does its ultra (METSU HADOUKEN)
comparatively, i have 5k as a gladiator and templars have around 6k.
finally done with mist mane hairs for my boots! all i have to do now is make 1 more trip back into mist mane area to turn in a quest, and im done with that horrendous time waster until my alt makes it up there. yayyyyy

still not sure how to play an assassin. hit level 30 still get rolled in pvp. i got this ambush stigma that lets me teleport (out of a root even) to a dudes back. pretty important as a meelee character.

Yeah im a Templar. Hit 25 a few days ago and have been in two minds about PvP since I’m just getting my arse handed to me on a platter (and will do for many levels) but the Training Camp was really enjoyable. Even done it a second time today, looking forward to the Fire Temple.
that chart is misleading in a few ways.
im on my fone so i cant elaborate but it has to do with the total number of ppl playing a class. there are a shitload of assassins in korea.
also is that total number of points earned in the lifetime, or num of pts currently held at sample time? if its the second then theres something else wrong with the data
Just for the record, it’s pretty common knowledge that sins get shit on in flight battle.
Sins + Flight = no game
Sins + Ground = wtf
And there’s a reason why glads have such a tough time getting up to people besides ankle snare
That is, if a good geared glad gets up to any character in the fucking game, it’s gonna be a whole lot of stumbling over and fuckign over until you smash your keyboard in rage.
dont get me wrong stumbling (aka knockdown) is a stupid mechanic, more RNG is always bad. instead of making a truly controllable knockdown (as in, i press this button and knockdown happens if i dont miss), they give us a bunch of random ones and one that happens a little less randomly. taking control away from the player is such a great way to make an interactive game! yes i know i get a shit ton of mileage out of random stumble.
was it really that hard to give melees a snare, or a runspeed skill on fast cooldown? apparently it was, and we get a random disable mechanic which is annoying for BOTH the gladiator and the victim*.

then again you can’t really say stumbling is worse than unfuckwittable fear spells (ok sorry you can get out of it if you can convince someone else to level gathering and farm an item with a 2% drop rate) on 30 and 1 minute cooldowns. oh, and add in the ability to stall while waiting for fear cooldown (protip: it’s not long) with multiple roots, snares, and of course lolstoneskin.
the only reason people are able to kill clerics at all is because heals don’t scale with gear while damage does. so basically to succeed as a “low tier” in this game, you have to grind to 50, pve a bunch for gearz, and then you can pvp without having to actually deal with the horribly designed pvp system.
of course, you don’t play mmos if you want challenging and interactive player versus player activities (aka competition).
