I know some of you are “hardcore” and serious about MVC2, and that’s fine.
That being said, if someone doesn’t want to fight, why do some people feel the need to follow and harass that person from lobby to lobby? What’s the reasoning behind that?
I remember when this one guy had Turbo 2 on (Which I didn’t realize until the fight started) and I won. After that, I left the room–then I’m suddenly receiving these invites, which I ignored. Once he sent out about twelve of them, he started sending me hatemail–and every time I entered another room, he magically appeared in said room.
Just to reinforce their bitchassness, like i said, only against somone who rage quits. If you do that, you’re automatically a shitpile and you deserve whatever you get. Why should i respect somone who can’t even last an entire round? Why log in at all if you can’t handle the loss?? Thats the main point I feel about rq, if you can’t handle the comp, don’t sign up.
It’s a decent cause to call out spineless fucks. I can repackage this conversation however you’d like but bottom line, If you are a quitting bitch, dont expect somone to show you any respect. This includes voice messages and text, If a player in real life tried to pull that shit, we’d eat him alive and embarass him so bad that he’d simply leave. Anything to keep the scrubs away from the good players I suppose. Alot of the people who I blow up with messages get the point and they avoid me now. I prefer them to quit as soon as they see my name instead of at the end of the game. Saves me the time.
I base it on specific reasoning, if the person rage quitting is now sending me inv then I will ignore them and block them. Some players will literally rq 6-8 times in a row in ranked, they keep entering fully prepared to quit as soon as their fragile mind see’s the L coming. No reason to play vs somone with that mindset.
If it’s a new player who just really wants to game with me(and the connection is good) then i’ll practice w them.
I didn’t quit, but if I don’t want to fight them again, it’s either because they were WAY more skilled than me, because they were obnoxious jackasses, or both.
ya then i see where u coming from. Maybe despite their skill level they figure you could still practice with them and improve? messaging the person would clear up any confusion pretty easily.
Agreed, I just felt like complaining about ragequitters heh. Who knows what he did, not a big deal as long as somone drops a bit of knowledge on both sides just in case…
