AE on PC

Hi,

I’m trying to play ae with blanka on pc, and i find its much more difficult to pull anything off than on ps3, like hop -> ultra one, or cr.lp xx hp.elec. are there more frames or something or am i a total noob?

I’ve never tried AE for PC, but the one thing I’ve heard that might make stuff harder is perhaps having the graphics on ‘Smooth’ setting. You need to have this setting on ‘fixed’ framerate for best results. Check and see which mode you have it set to.

I play AE on PC and I play Blanka. I have no problem pulling off his hop ultra. I think i had more trouble doing it on the 360. My PC is grade A and I have the framerate set to fixed.

The timing differs from PS3 to PC. PS3 has several more frames of input lag compared to the PC version. The timing on the PC version is closer to the XBox counterpart compared to PS3. However, I can transition from PC to PS3 without problems, but I do drop 1-2 frame links when I play on PS3 sometimes.
