Question, if far st.lk is +3 on hit, why the hell I can’t do cr. mp on counterhit? I can only do cr. lp. Is frame data wrong?
Most light attacks give +1 frame advantage on counter hit.
oh, that makes sense now. I thought it was +3 for everything. So it’s +1 for lights, +2 for mediums and +3 for fierces? How do we know?
I know that AE’s far st mp is +4 on hit and on CH it links into cr. hk, so at least +2.
lights are +1 medium and hard is +3 as a rule of thumb

Of course, there are exceptions, so the only true way to know for your specific normal is to try linking on CH.

Japanese guide does have frame data, but not additional frame advantage you gain by CH.

Gouken’s normals all confirm what the japanese guide says…I tested all his normals
jab/short = +1 on CH
strong/forward/fierce/rh = +3 on CH
Something to note…Gouken’s far s.roundhouse leaves him at +3 on CH and it has a high chance of scoring CH in general. In AE2012 he should be able to link super after this 
Heh I just said that earlier, all depends on the HP reach of the super though. 137+345 if it works.

I always understood it to be Damage * 1.25, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
