Yeah, I have to agree with Malvadisco but hazanshu should break armor only on the EX as to not be OP.

i think df.lk should go back to its ssf4 properties so its actually a useful AA. i think ultra 1 should full juggle on the whole cast (or just akuma at least). i think she should have 950 health. also i think it would be cool if cr.hp’s damage was split differently so the first hit did 70 damage and the 2nd hit 30 damage instead of 50/50. this would make cr. hp into hk legs do a little more damage and make cr.hp a slightly better anti air. considering how difficult both of this things are to use compared to most other characters i dont think it would be too unbalanced to have these changes.
armor break on ex hazanshu would be cool but the move would still suck. if you are anticpating a focus there are other ways you can punish it already. if you are throwing out random hazanshus and get focus then you probably deserved it.
Never knew how much the actual game programming and animation times were important to SF. I thought Frames were the extent of it, but this is almost exactly like WoW or Starcraft nerfs and buffs. Which I thought were the only games to require them.
what about random everything from adon ? dont you think that having 90% of specials with armor break is kind of stupid?
well her EX hazanchu could also be Chun’s SA3 from 3s and non-breaking armor: Stationnary, Multi-hit, untechable knock down special It could even have the potential of being a better reversal if Capcom tweaks it well
my point isnt about adon. its that if you are just throwing out hazanshus into focus attacks repeatedly, you should re-evaluate your gameplan instead of asking for buffs.
I don’t play chun but I think she should have a better ex hazanshu anyway. Speed up the animation, make it armor breaker, make it do 250 stun, w/e. Dunno what but if there is to be a v2013 and people are asking for buffs I think EX hazanshu should be one the things to buff since its mostly unused
So here’s a list most people are asking that makes sense
EX Hazanshu - add amor breaking properties
df LK - make it a better anti-air for close jump-ins
EX SBK - re-adjust start up hit frames to not get easy stuffing and/or add invincibility frames on startup
U1 - needs to HIT all characters properlly
Neutral S. MK- better anti-air to repel standard jump-ins

3 x stomps should be usable after B MK, B MK without any focus cancel.
Increase stamina a little more- She is a veteran after all…
First hit of EX Legs needs to extend downward more. I was looking at the hitbox vids and this is one of reasons it whiffs on crouching Blanka during cr. lk x 2 and it can’t punish Gen’s sweep as a reversal even though it is -7 on block and EX Legs can definitely reach him (I’m kind of pissed about that).

LP SPD should do 190 damage.
Running Bear Grab moves across the screen faster, and you can dash out of it at any point (or at the very least FADC out of it).
EX Green Hand causes knockdown again.
Siberian Blizzard has an easier input so you don’t accidentally get RBG when you want Blizzard.

Btw- Can you show me how to do 3 stomps after B MK target combo without using Focus Cancel after B MK or used in a corner? I’m pretty sure Capcom won’t make the stomps to be used like Seth so I want the 3 stomps to work like SFxT. I really hope Capcom doesn’t nerf anything this time if a rebalance happens…She can’t afford nerfs.

Funny you mention it. 4neqs brought up some time ago that Chun has a command grab in SVC Chaos. I think it does the same thing in that game that Fei Long and the Twins does in this.
Maybe all Chinese characters should get one.
