The funniest part about that infinite is that it was posted on this forum like 3 weeks ago and there are many videos about it online…and then desk makes a vid and everybody acts soo surprised and starts to pick up cap lol. Im not saying ppl getting into cap is a bad thing…i just think it’ll be for all the wrong reasons
Are we talking about the corner lvl 3 x factor c.lk into l charging star infinite? or the h shield slash juggle infinite?
edit: arent they both strictly spacing dependent and a bit impractical to set up in a match? i mean if we are going to use x factor then were better off using 100% life combos arent we?
I knew about the X factor shield loops, but I just saw this one today. I don’t keep up with these things as much as some other people though, so unless it’s front page or sent to me by a friend I probably miss out. Is there something I’m missing about this that people are skeptical? It seems like he can pull it off from anywhere that he’d start a normal combo.
With that infinite now confirmed by Desk, should we bother working on any other bnb for the 35?

in which case yeah, i think its pretty much done. captain is officially in beast mode.
He’s not actually dead lol…he never actually dies…the red skull shoots him with a gun that sends him to another fixed position in time and he later comes back and is under brain control by the red skull…then he proceeds to break out of that mind control (for america) and kills the red skull…so the picture means nothing lol. Next please

Lol i think he was being symbolic. Saying the character is now dead because an infinite has been found.
I have a question, I was trying to the infinite and it seems that Desk’s video makes it seem a lot more viable then it really is.(Not saying he did it on purpose) It just seems that your spacing has to be perfect.
Also he states that you can just keep doing the grounded shield slash against the dog but when I tried it I got about 9 reps before she got too high
Yeah i tried it quite a lot as well. I only managed to get it a few times. This is how i got it.
c.:l:,c.
,c.:h:,:qcf:+:h:,s.:h:,:qcf:+:h:(loop from here)… and that seemed to have gotten me into the perfect spacing for the infinite. But i was only able to pull it off a handful of times. This will take quite a bit of practice.
i guess all those resets are gonna be for styling on people - infinites are going to be the only combo you see with high level captains i fear
oh well - i’ll keep stylin forever i say. just because i can kill with an infinite doesn’t mean i’m gonna stop being creative! if it’s their last character i’m sure i’ll do some style kill rather than an infinite

you just started the infinite off of a throw 
I prefer wesker assist myself but that works. You fan land the infinite off almost every hit you get including h charging star if you’re William to x factor. With otg assist off back throw back air throw off any air or ground attack off unvlockavlea off cartwheel mixups off… everything!
Can you use a different OTG assist for that? Sent’s drones are so useful for Cap as far as landing those hits goes.
OMG!!! GUYS!!! I JUST FOUND A COMBO THAT DOES 998,700 DAMAGE WITH NO X-FACTOR AND NO ASSISTS! Lmao screw 700,000! Im going for full 100% combos! Cap is alive and STRONG! I’ll post a video soon

Took a bit of messing around to get this down but i finally did it lol and the second variation does 745,000 damage with only one meter lol
and if I tried I’m pretty sure I could make it a 100% combo by adding a M charging star at the end and not another L one
