does it say “delivery at X:XX” or something like “arrival at blah blah” their wording can be confusing.
I’ve checked all around my house. Since I’ve been expecting the package I’ve been the one getting the mail first the past week, so no one else in the house could have gotten it. Paypal Address is correct tripled checked it. I’ll give it a couple more days cause my the mail boxes near my home have 4 slots for big packages and one of them has had something in it since yesterday, so the mail man might have accidentally left the key for it somewhere else.

Oh dude, I’d totally stake out that Delivery guy. Print out the confirmation and shove it in his face. Cuz according to that info, and we gotta nail them making the mistake right away. Hopefully your neighborhood is a nice one so if someoe else did get it, they’d return it to you =P.
hey arthong, I saw your update on your website about the T5 plexi being available this weekend. I was going to order a T5 from you in the future when it becomes available with the TE plexi but after a few delays on the T5 i couldnt wait so I placed an order for the TE plexi. But since my initial order is pending shipping, I would like to add one T5 plexi with the default button layouts to my order and save myself some shipping costs. I hope that is not too much trouble. Please let me know if this is cool… thanks

Yo dude, yah you can add that to your order without extra shipping costs. When it’s available, say Sunday, add it to your cart and select Local pickup and enter into “Special Notes” to augment to your first order#, then email me to let me know you’ve done that.
Also, for future requests that are time sensitive, please use my email. I check my email first before I check my SRK threads. And there are times I don’t even have time to check SRK threads within that day. So please use my email for more important matters. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that I received my plexis and art from Arthur today and I am very pleased with everything.
Arthur’s customer service, packaging, and product quality are world class.
I had a tough time choosing between the 6 button and 8button layout, but eventually I chose to use the 6 button layout that I’m so accustomed to.
I didn’t bother taking photos of the package it came in since someone already did that.

The only flaw I see is that the light gray color on the art got turned to bronze somehow and the medium gray got turned into dark gray by Kinkos but I think it still looks very good, so I don’t mind at all.

At last, the HRAP1/T5 covers are made available. A lot of my new, and remaining, queue is getting cleared up so I can take on new orders. More updates later. For now, back to sleep... it's 5:30am. =P

Hey Art I dunno which you check first email or SRK so I sent a message to both. Would Monday (5/4) or Wednesday (5/6) be okay for a local pickup? Received my order on Saturday and installed today. I’ll get some pics up soon, but didn’t want this thread to die. Now that I’ve opened this beast, I’ll work in getting more art printed and the clear Seimitsu buttons to complete the look.
Some good templates in here, but I took the Gouken one. For whatever reason, I’m digging him.
