I had put my credit card into my 360 account to buy some MS points, I wasn’t going to buy anymore and I wanted to delete my credit crad from my account. I’ve been every where on xbox.com and everyother place with not even a close explaination on how to do it. Do i need to call customer support or does someone know a way?

they renewed my live account and i called them to cancel it and got my money back.

Well I think I sorta my have an account. But my subscription to the 1 Month Free Trial Gold Account expired. So does that mean I still have my account, just not in the gold package? =/
EDIT: Reason why I’m asking instead of figuring it out is because I don’t have a 360 at the moment. But I am wondering if I still have an account =x
Yeah you still have an account, but it proly dropped to a silver membership. Whenever you get your box back you should be able to retrieve it.

I have the same problem with the credit card, I mean I also bought MS points but Im worried about them charging me for a renewal of my Gold subscription on it since I did not use a credit card to purchase that.
I believe changing the expiry date to some invalid number will stop them from charging you? Other than that, I don’t think there’s a way of deleting the cc.
You can’t “delete” your CC from your account without calling them up. I paid for my sisters Live account and now they have my CC on her account…fuck
Yeah I called them around the fourth to take mine off and what ended up happening was that I got my call answered by a clearly indian guy named John. They took it off the account around yesterday free of charge. Just that I can’t change my gamertag for about a month.
