I only saw the metal version. This one is plastic so I guess I can drill my own hole. Thanks!
So my fighting game buddy recently dropped his stick and now it isnāt recognized on his PC anymore (we both mainly play on PC). Anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting? Or worst case scenario a decent sturdy stick for under $100?
If you just need PC, you can get zero delay encoders pretty cheap
Iām thinking of replacing the home panel bit on my mad catz te round 1; i.e. get a plexi panel that covers that area. Just need somewhere to put the home button. Im getting a ufb board, need a home button to apply updates. Any suggestions?
You can drill a hole next to the start button with a 24mm or 15/16" bit.
Great, wasnāt sure a third 24mm button would fit there.
You could probably fit a few Anti-vandal buttons there too, if you needed more than three.
Iāve seen these mentioned in another thread. Would I need to solder these or do the connectors for the Sanwa buttons clip on?
Depends on the buttons, but most likely solder on
Iām ordering a LS-40 and SS mounting plate, is this all I need to install the lever into a hori rap case? Thanks.
Sorry Iām not sure if I posted at the right place but!
I just got back into fighting games, and I was wondering if my Mad Catz TE1 Stick⦠is relevant at all.
Iām planning to mod it up to be functional with ps4/xbone/switch? Is this possible? Would it be not worth the effort/cost?
Also, what other cool mods or must have mods would be good for it?
Thanks! Itās a clean TE1 by the way!
Theres a pcb called brook universal fightingboard witch can do all the things you want, but its rather expensive at 90$. Thats assuming you can perform the install yourself and dont need to pay someone else to do it.
You could buy a new stick but that will cost you more and will only do 1 of the consoles you need plus pc. Theres no out of the box multiplatform sticks this gen afaik.
pretty much, just note that the Seimitsu SS plate does not mount the same way as a Sanwa JLF plate.
You want to use the one hole in the middle, and not the corners. Which means you bold the joystick in place with only two screws.
Which is fine, the plate is intended to be mount this way. The Sanwa S plate mounts in a similar fashion.
There hasnāt been a licensed Multi-platform stick now for a long long time.
Last licensed Multiplatform stick was the Pelican (now PDP) Universal stick for the PS2/OG Xbox/Game Cube
The Qanba PS3/Xbox 360 stick was never a licensed product.
Thanks dudes! I will look that up on google if I am changing it up! :)! Thatās everything I needed to know!
Hello everyone I need some help, I just installed some artwork in my arcade stick and buttons but when I play the buttons or perhaps the artwork seems to move slightly is this normal? Iām using the clear 30mm seimitsu snap on buttons (forgot the proper name).
Put a piece of double sided tape between the artwork and the plunger.
Iāve already got glue inbetween so I think the buttons my be moving, thanks for the suggestion though.
probability the buttons them selves have shifted.
You could use a dab of hotglue to secure the snap ins even more
if you had screw ins, i would say just tighten the nut more or did what one forum user did and add a thin sheet of rubber between the nut and panel for a tighter fit.
You mean glue the buttons to the plexi? ;-; ah I donāt really wanna ruin anything on my fightstick with something like hot glue.
Maybe Iāll just keep playing on it and see if it keeps shifting.
