Nothing hard about snapping a Button in.
Nothing hard about screwing a Button in.
With PS-14-KN, do not get scared of the Button closest to Mounting Bracket.
Just stick the Nut under Mounting Bracket, and screw in Button.
Instead of putting in Button and screwing on Nut.
Wellers are fantastic, if not expensive. I used to have the fancy adjustable $200 10 watt to 90 watt one I inherited till it broke.
Now I have a 15 watt one called a Hakko. It is Japanese I think and has served me just as well for stick making. Got it at Fry’s electronics for $25. I suggest the needle tip and iron holder. http://www.frys.com/product/1556283?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
Seriously, I need to talk to someone who knows exactly how a Sanwa JFL should be installed. I just took apart my HRAP3SA and did the ultimate mod on the stick. But now when I’m putting it all together I dont remember in which order all the small fucking parts went.
Can someone please help me, I’m a fucking n000000000b and I would’ve never gotten myself into this shit if I knew how fucking painful it is. A simple fucking mod and gsfsd
Okey, I didn’t even take the whole stick with the mounting plate away. I didn’t wanna get the glue from the thing that’s keep the stick from being connected.
Gah, I’m so fucking tired also. Can’t even express what I’m thinking…
Okey, I got it now. Unfortunetly (I don’t give a fuck how I spell now) my little mod didn’t work out. Well, at least I learned how to open this thing. ty!
Ok so basically I’m modding a PS3 SE. Before I even opened the case on this thing I noticed the stick was moving around on its own as if the mounting plate came undone. When I opened the case sure enough there are 4 spots that appeaerd to have been spot welded that didnt hold. I have pics. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this? Can I just buy JLF and mounting plate? Pics are here http://img714.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=stickx.jpg Sorry about the quality took them off my phone.
wow that sucks. the jlf will look exactly like the madcatz joystick mounting plate and everything. u will have to weld that back on or use some very strong adhesive
Ok I’m fortunate to have a father that runs an auto body business so getting it welded back won’t be an issue. My questions is tho will my artwork be messed up?
I wondered if anyone could point me to a guide where they cover "How paint the Mad Catz TE"
Also it will be my first time painting a stick. I’m a bit sacred ill fuck it up so any additional info and tips would be very helpfull.
I think i explained this to someone else already on like page 21~ish… i dunt really remember anymore lol… ill refer u to here: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=180697 … now take note that even tho it shows an SE its the same procedure basically… Take ur TE apart and paint what you want… If you don’t know how to take your TE apart you can youtube it since theres a plethora of video choices… also stay away from regular spray paint since it won’t last in the long run and use either Krylon “Fusion” or Vinyle Dye… enjoy
Alright, I’m trying to download the driver so I can use my 360 TE on my PC that runs on XP, but every time I try to go to the Microsoft Website, the page has an error. Is this an issue with computers that run on before Vista/Windows 7? Or is it something that my computer is just having trouble doing because it’s running on a Static IP Address/Port Forwarding process.
