Fighting games are all about capitalizing on the opponent’s mistakes-- every team relies on that-- so every team is low/garbage tier? I’m not too sure about that.
2 years ago MSP was the FINAL solution to the point where OG’s were talking about quitting Marvel bc it became a coin toss. The game has stepped up again and you can put MSP wherever you want on a hypothetical list-- that’s not going to change the fact that it’s a momentum based team that can take the offensive and reset/guardbreak you to death off of one mistake.
Marvel is the new ST, a decade old at this point. Give the low tier magicians another year and there’s going to be further alterations to the all important Tier List.
And LOL at all the hate J360 is getting-- wtf is wrong with people? Everybody is bound to crack under pressure at some point. Sure execution isn’t everything-- but you can’t fault somebody for having a winning record with a supposedly “purely execution” approach.
He’s a terrible player. If you objectively look at his wins it’s some formula of:
- Random tag into infinite
- Frame kill into infinite
- “Sucking out to win” aka random dash forward snap to infinite
He gets away with it because tournies are short sets and also because people don’t expect such a suck out strategy.
Watch chris schmidt vs j360… like 5 freaking tag out attempts to suck out. It’s not like he fucked up in one video. This shit happens all the time in every single one of his matches.

Have you considered that timing a tag in against an opps predictable move and then going into IM inf works pretty darn good? It’s not a noob random tag… when it’s timed to come in and beat out/punish wtver they are/where doing.
Who care how he wins… you giving away more respect to someone who jumps up and down with cable throwing grenades, calling capcom, and waiting to ahvb an assist? Anything j360 does with IM takes more skill… doesn’t matter… but…a terrible player? Sorry… he’s pretty darn good.
Your also repping schmidt over j360… which is fine b/c he’s sick… but doesn’t he main MSP? Which your thread here is downing on? If that’s the case do you dislike team combofiend even more then?
whats with all the J360 hate?? Sure he looks like he plays a little loose at times. But he has good strategies at times and probably the best IM in the scene! I’m not on his jock or anything but dang! he isn’t just some scrub and isn’t nearly as random as some* of his vids make him look.

Yea I don’t think josh360 should really be taking crap. His IM is one of if not the best there is. That alone qualifies him as “good”.
His IM would probably OCV the posters whole team…
