If i have a player blocked, does that mean he wouldn’t be able to play against me again? i know it’s maybe a silly question but i didn’t find anything related in playstation official website or official FAQ.

Yes you can still play them. Angelclow(n) is on my BL and I run into him all the time.

the blocklist only really works in one way. it just prevents people from contacting you directly. but you may still run into them online
messages only.
