Not my best match ever. This guy had me shit scared and as a result I made a lot of mistakes. This was one of the few matches I won. I’ll be glad when Super comes out and I can upload stuff myself. Setting up a camera in front of a tv while you’re playing is a pain.
So I’m guessing AA still doesn’t work as well with normal FS?
im glad ex fs doesnt trade/lose against that jump in, as for fs as AA, i dont really mind, im fine with the way fs works before though ex fs buffs looks good too.
oh and you didnt test the boxer doing meaty j.hp/hk on wakeup… i doubt any good boxer will just randomly jump in from that distance like in the vid…
hopefully ex fs can deal with ryus j.hp, chuns jump-ins etc… call me silly but i dont really wish for normal fs to act like a shoryu
After some more testing, FS traded once out of ten times on abels wake up with rogs j.hk
I could not replicate it trading, I didn’t see any difference… More testing will be done

Dead serious. Abel won 9/10 times on wake up… HOWEVER… Because of the weird new juggle shit I think it’s easier to trade FS ultra… but that’ll be for another day.
This totally limits rog on the ground since he can’t cross up… I haven’t tried a successful auto correct wake up yet though… but that’s because I haven’t given it a shot yet lol
lol now try rog empty jump on wakeup(followed by whatever if you landed safely on the ground, maybe even ultra 2?) and see whether the fs will whiff and you’re pretty much fucked.

after a TT, do a delayed meaty j.lp and its safe against everything but reversal ultra. (forgot to test against backdash)… oh and judgin by frame data, j.hp should work just as well(maybe even better) though i guess the angle of j.lp makes it possible for it to hit way later than j.hp(not 100% sure, will get to testin it later)
EDIT: LOL nvm just tested, j.hp is much better (cant get reversal ultrad)… guess ill remove the vid hahah
Sweep looks much better. Im hoping its fast enough to use in a legit block string now. EX Falling Sky as a reliable AA opens up some interesting possibilities. I cant wait to hit the lab with Abel once Super hits.

Just recorded a short video of the match recording playing against a fellow Singaporean online. One round only (my camera went flat -_-), but anything you could point out to improve my Abel as usual? I still think my bad habit of randomly rolling is still there though…

thats not a vid you should show us if you are looking for tips cuz its only 1 round, that dudley player was ass and kept doing his counter move, he didnt block lol.
