Hi, could someone sort me out with a cool Abel av please?

I did post this in a request thread, I’m not 100% it will work with a non premium av so I’ve tried to make it simple as possible.
Basically, a white back ground Abel on the left hand side, jumping up and down on the spot (it can be totally crappy, just so it looks pretty funny really) the rest of the av would just be ‘Stokers’ in some nice glowing red text.
