Yes, both are played online…probably among the 5 most popular games played on kaillera, I would say. Get Mame32k 0.64 (this is most widely used) and the ahem game ROMs. Mame32k is a hacked version of MAME, which supports online play via kaillera. Sorry, no links allowed, but a little googling should get you pointed in the right direction.
Once you’re in kaillera, you will have to manually enter IP addresses, as the kaillera main server is no longer active. Anti3d somewhat maintains a list of currently active servers: http://www.anti3d.com/topservers/. If you’re in the states, the godweapon servers see the most action.
