I was tryin to play with wildkitty last night… but alas the connection gods were against us 
Well I’m almost done with this game. I have pretty much all characters unlocked minus the saw knight, and I’ve worn myself out on the catfish. I think I’ll end up going through Insane mode with the skeleton, but apart from that, there’s really nothing left for me to do.
A bit of a disappointing post-game though. Oh sure enemies are harder. I really think you should at least get an achievement for beating Insane mode. I wouldn’t like to take it on by myself even at 99.

It’s so funny dn, that I have such a problem connecting to you overseas guys on Castle Crashers. I threw in Forza 2 last night because I haven’t touched the game since late April and decided if I could still hold my own on the track. I’ve been running with mostly Brit players all day today for the better part of about 3 hours.
Don’t get too down on the game or hang it up just yet, M$ are working with Behemoth on a netcode patch because Castle Crashers is apparantly the most downloaded game on XBL now or something. If it’s not #1 I know it’s up there in the top 3 or 5.
Probably worse. Ping to Americans is 200-250, people in the UK… it’s 350. I can only seem to play with Japanese, Australian and New Zealand players.
Ugh… I need to beat the game one more time (Peasant), to have all the characters unlocked except for the alien. I need to beat it 9 more times to have it beaten with all the characters. This is normal mode btw, not insane mode. Some of them are like halfway through the game, I just wanted to get everyone unlocked first.

Dunno if anyone out there has beaten the game with all the characters yet, or if it unlocks anything. There’s still 2 more characters yet to be discovered, supposedly, but people think they might just be released as DLC sometime in the future. Still gonna try beating it with all the characters. I hope there isn’t something for beating it with everyone on insane…
Just played through the game as the Thief, maxing my Agility early to machine gun arrows. I used one potion throughout the WHOLE game, and only as a precaution (turns out I didn’t need it). That shit is too broken. Probably what I’ll use in Insane.
How’s Snakey? I just unlocked him. Love his look. How do the vines stack up?
I feel like the vines are strong like the buzz saws against bosses except they come out faster and do less hits.
apparently sometimes it doesnt give you credit for beating the game if you use the trick. i just went to the blacksmith and beat the last boss again (offline) and it unlocked skeleton guy. so i think we did the trick right but im interested in what you found out.
im going to try machine gun arrows next once i get the time to play again
Finishing the game without allocating any points doesn’t give you anything. The painter boss is the most annoying and time consuming of them all if you just want to attempt it. Died twice while his health was at 50% the second time I got bored of using arrows to kill and went in to attack the paintings and one hit me followed by the other two attacking my body while it was still on the ground killing me. Oh and the unicorn does about 123-126 damage which is about 40 higher than the rest.
Anyone still play? Or is the game now at the end of the rope we never thought it would get to? 
I’m about to dust off the Mechanic I started and I’m going to start maxing him out. Got his Agility all the way up and now I’m working on Magic.

I found out that i just got fucked over. Last weekend, I played Castle Crashers with the fam at the house with no problems (I wasn’t on xbox live). Last night, Imy brother bought some microsoft points for me from wal-mart and I redeemed them at the house (I didn’t play any games, therefore I wasn’t asked to download updates for games). About ten minutes ago, I start to play cc with the fam once again, only to find out that my level 99 blue knight has been reduced to level 13, stats gone, most weapons, items, and animal orbs gone, etc. I mean, I didn’t download the patch, so what the fuck?

For a beatemup it sounds pretty deep. Don’t know why it took me so long to download this awesome game.
Game was hyped up, when I got it. I got everyone else to play it…
After about a week, I pretty much did everything achievement-wise and got bored fast.
Didn’t want to bother unlocking all the chars/weapons, had too many other games to play.
IE; Yakuza for the PS2! lol… man, it’s such an awesome game.
Is there even new characters in this patch? It just sounds more like they got rid of the boomerang glitch and nothing else. Not worth updating.
