Well, we mostly play SF4 and Tekken6… There are a lot of T6 players here. Very good I might add. I am more of a SF4 player but I do play both. If I go, I more than likely will be MM in SF!!!

Mr. Sagat- If you don’t mind can you bring your PS3? If worst comes to worst, we’ll unlock Gouken/Seth as we’re setting up if you bring it early enough. It sucks, but 1 round, 30 seconds, on easiest makes it bearable (barely).
Also, I’m not sure if Lan_Di is willing to enter CvS2, he just said he thought it was interesting. I didn’t count his vote, but I counted Ricon’s as entering CvS2. Vote count right now is at 5: dlimited, mr. sagat, kyoji, Ricon, Allen.

We got more coming in, but that’s what we got right now. Later this week, I’ll sift through all the info and figure out what exactly we need. If you can bring a CRT though, that’d definitely be GREAT. We probably need it.
One thing that I’m kinda worried about: We’re probably gonna have to put LCDs out on the tournament floor just so that we have enough setups (and plus, some people like playing on HD). Of course LCDs more or less equal lag (except for Ghost’s and Mr. Sagat’s). I’m thinking that we can have them out to play on and people can decline to play on them if there is concern about lag. What do you think about that? I know a lot of us don’t mind playing on a slightly laggy TV, but I know that really serious competitors get thrown off by the slightest lag.

It’s not a huge deal to me. But if a CRT is available then i’d prefer it by all means.

Some dallas peeps might have a change of heart and go to sbo quals in houston instead (same day as ArK) T_T But I’m for sure going. IF they end up bailing, then i can bring a ps3 and crt set up.

So did we ever decide what is the eight game? Looks like CvS2 wins, although i’m still pulling for Garou to make a comeback. Anyway, I can bring a DC with a copy of CvS2 or a Wii and a GC version of CvS2EO if that’s what we’ll be playing.
If cvs2 is going down, I could provide 2 or 3 ps2s and copies of the game. CVS2 is generally played on ps2, since it is a perfect port and converter lag issues are nonexistent since almost everyone has a ps2 stick. CVS2 tournies last awhile, so we at least need a few setups.

If you can get interest, I think we can fit it into the schedule. The problem will be finding interest. We might have to adjust Tekken Teams to 2v2 if we were to do that.
Also, I’m not sure if anyone’s willing to money match Tekken from AR. Maybe ask FindMyFarms or someone from OK coming down? Not sure.

No idea actually. I don’t know if it’s reasonable. We’ll up it to $10 tourney fee if that’s what people want. It’ll help the winners pay for gas money. That’s based on popular demand though. I think we’ll have a decent turnout for Tekken, but def not the 30-40 that we expect for SF.
