It can be RC’d but it’s freaking hard… let’s just say a 3% success rate is impressive… main problem is all of them have a move that overlaps with the HCB part of the motion.
But I suppose you could hit Roll at the down part of the motion and do the rest really freaking fast, which is probably humanly impossible…
Other option is do the Roll at the down-back position but then you’d probably screw up and get RC QCB/HCB+P/K.
Well, the roll should be input in the middle of the directional inputs, unless its a button tapping RC(Blanka electricity). So for example, hcb = input roll @ down.
So for hcb, f + fierce…
You input roll at down+back , so…
forward, down, roll, back ->forward+fierce
For all RC’s you count the number of inputs and divide by 2 and thats where you input the roll.
So for Kaiser Wave…
forward, back, down+back, down, down+forward, forward = 6
6/2 = 3
Hit roll @ input 3
forward, back, (roll), down, etc.
Roll has to be canceled in three frames. You expect someone to hit d, df, f+button in three frames, when most people have to hit roll at df for a normal fireball motion? Hell, I can’t go left to right at twenty per second.
RC Scum Gale and the like is possible, people have done it, but again, at like a 3% success rate… or less.
Very hard, very impractical as a result. Not that RC Scum Gale would be particularly good 'cuz you can get thrown out of it fairly easily (slow grab with normal throw range + extra RC frames + opponent’s unthrowable frames as they get up? Yeah…)
Maybe the other grabs would be better… Vice has another grab that’s more easily RC’d anyhow.
This rc is really hard, really no luck to learn it…
360 degree rc is quite easy, i learned it b4 rc dp.
Todo & Vice rc grab is useful, just try it yesterday. Seem i will try to use these 2 characters for fun.
well I wouldnt know how much % I get it right, but I use IORI’S rc scum gale pretty much and the way I do is HCB hold for split second, roll then F and FP, I usually hold roll when I rc any move so probably thats it.
