I don’t know if there’s a place for Introduction Threads, but I figured this was my best bet.

Anyway, hi folks! I’m ShaolinBard, and I hail from Michigan in the US of A. My good (irl) buddy RexFesto696 introduced me to this forum, and I figured I’d give it a shot. I mostly play Super Smash Bros., Mortal Kombat and Tekken, but RFO696 has recently gotten me really into Street Fighter. On SSB I main Captain Falcon and Link, on MK I main Johnny Cage and Smoke (and sometimes I play as Stryker), on Tekken my main is Hwoarang, and finally on Street Fighter my three mains are Fei Long, Cody, and Yun. Well, I’m looking forward to learning a lot and having a good time with you guys! :smiley:

P.S., about RexFesto696, he’s a good guy and an experienced SF player and the only reason he caught a bad rep on this forum is because of his OCD and constant “Favourite Game” switching. Y’all won’t have to worry about that anymore because I knocked some sense into him and now he’s able to keep a solid grip on SSF2 Turbo as his best and favorite game, so he apologizes for annoying you guys and hopes you’ll be able to forgive him. He wanted me to put in a good word for him.

We also dont give a shit about fighting games here on GD unless EVO is going on. Otherwise we take it to other sections.

if you suck, you can ask advice in the newbie forum

if you don’t suck, you can contribute to the forums of the games you like

if you don’t play fighting games but like making goofy one liners in response to world events, you can post in GD
