I’m definitely down to go to Hamilton with a group. I’m downtown and taking a GO train would be much more comfortable than a bus. Just get at me in PM and hopefully someone is down for the group pricing.
Oh yeah, I want to get this out of the way and make sure about this. Can we swap sticks and use our own sticks, or will each station have a designated set of sticks to save time?

We’ll run STHD on PS3. POWNZ has the game on 360 so if we really are stuck for any given reason on this game then we’ll have to make due with that.

Jay Wang will run CvS1. It has been brought to my attention that CvS1 is better than Pro. Is it possible someone brings that version (unlocked characters please) rather than Pro?
Javid; you can swap in your own stick for your matches. However, please be courteous enough to know your button mapping ahead of time so you can make changes quickly and not hold anything up.

I have a copy of CvS1 (normal) for DC. I will check this week that it works 100% in my system as well as if I have all the characters unlocked. If not, then I will be getting some serious hours in this week to get’er done :pleased:
Remember, I will be bringing my PS3 as well, which has STHD. This will help the tourney run extra fast.

OK so I got into work today to find my schedule had been changed. As a result, my Saturday I’ve had scheduled off for the last month has been taken from me and I’m now working 10:00am - 6:00pm. Simply put, I can’t direct the tournament for the first half. I’m not willing to blow off the money for a tournament.
Basically what I am looking for are volunteers to get the ball rolling. The schedule has already been set. I would need the directors to setup as per the directions I’ve left, take registration and get the tournaments going. I’ll be co-ordinating with POWNZ management either today or tomorrow evening to let them know that they’ll need to work with everyone instead of just going through me to make things run smooth.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think I can go to Hamilton before Sat to meet with the owner, but I don’t mind showing up extra early on the day of to set things up, figure out logistics, etc
