SITE FEE
If you are not a POWNZ member then there is a one time $15 registration fee. They will give all new players 6 hours of free play ($20 value) as a thank you to the GTASF for registering. All current POWNZ members will pay $10 for six hours of play (as opposed to $20).

It’s only a 25 minute drive from Mississauga and considering it’s all console, I figure this would be a good chance to get G3 EVO & GTASF together in one spot.

Why low tier and not a regular tourney

Because the POWNZ regulars are relative noobs and basically run scared of regular Marvel play. If you’re going to pot build, you might as well get the most entrants out of it.

Are there really enough regulars to justify this. It’s not worth it so that 2 or 3 more people join imo.

Considering the size of the marvel community these days, 2 or 3 more people would probably be significant.

why not just call it the first HSF tournament, considering that hamilton is outside of the GTA.

then u can call it , HYPER SENTINEL FORCE TOURNAMENT, CHHHEAYHHEAH

It’s not the first Hamilton tournament.

I wouldn’t mind adding CvS2 to the roster. I’d require 8 people to run it though. If people are interested please post up here and I’ll run a quick pre-reg. I’m obviously in.

If CvS2 is added then I’ll be revising it again.

Also; a couple of people have asked me about other side tournaments. If you’re interested in a tournament that isn’t currently on the roster then please nominate it. If it can get 8 entrants then we’ll look to incorporate it into the schedule.

I’ll compete in Street Fighter HD Remix, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, and Street Fighter III 3rd Strike. I put in some decent amount of play in TvC in Oni Con earlier this month so if you want I can direct that Tourney.
