A fox's waded pieces of paper

I don’t really get time to work on art so much anymore, but I use to be really into it. After seeing a lot of art around here, I’m really intresting in getting back into drawing because of how impressive the art is. I just got a tablet on v-day, so I’ll try and make some things in photoshop sometime. Anybody have any tips to starting out with photoshop for a beginner? Or even if you prefer a different program than photoshop?

here’s a sketch I did not too long ago of May from Guilty Gear. Yes, she has fox ears and a tail…I like foxes…sorry…
it’s also not done, I just got lazy.

and since I’m really into ballpoint pens, I’ll show you this piece I did a few years ago.

that last one is sweet. ballpoints aren’t as bad as everyone makes them out to seem i think.

Fox-May ftw, crazy good Cheshire Cat too.

Chesire-Cat-in-a-box is pretty darned awesome.
I also like how the front panel has the white rabbit rushing away from Alice. Nice touch.

The Alice in Wonderland rules!

Thanks everyone ^.^
I’ve actually really wanted to pick up using ballpoints because of how that one turned out. I’ve seen some pretty amazing work with ballpoint.

I applaud you for that, I can’t use ballpoints for shit.

Looking forward to more of your works~

ballpoint!:looney:

Looks hot!

Keep on keeping on !

Very nice on both pics. The Alice one especially. Bunny detail is slick.

Did Mike get that for you?

thanks again everyone. I actually use to have a lot of alice in wonderland themed pictures because I had to do a portfolio for art, where 12 pieces had to have one theme. Too bad I can’t find any of my art :
if I run across anything, I’ll scan it up, though some of them were pretty big and not scannable.

and yes buckley, mike is the one who got me the tablet
