I got serval issues with this.
The supposed rules are very ambiguous, the total lack of transparency and serval contradictions exist for example sections 2.2.2. compared to 3.1.11. Also sections 3.1.16. and 3.3. just should not exist, as theses are easily abused.
It said serval TOs signed this, but what TOs? Are these are individuals or originations
There also nothing in the rules about how rule enforcement and penalties are to be carried out.
