I knew I probably wasn’t going to give this game the light of day, but after watching those vids. There’s no way in hell Capcom is gonna see me pay even 30 dollars for this.

Cool ass concept, but executed in probably the worst way possible. So many awesome characters capcom could use and they make another “CAPCOM” game with just street fighters. I mean damn, they even rehashed the fighting systems from each game. Don’t get me started on the 15 century graphics.
They should’ve made a new system and put in a buncha non fighting game characters. Like Gutsman, Dante, and like Nina from BOF. You could just add Ryu as the single SF character because he’s the face of the franchise, but it’s just a huge waste of potential coolness.
LOL! Houser too! Karin basically did a 95% combo on jedah. I was like WTF! Houser has full screen pokes and Jedah with the buzz saw projectile allows him free jump in.
And I thought I was the only person who thought the the J in CFJ stood for Junk. I watched the videos and I almost cried.
video a) Yay, Jedah is good. Mirror matches can usually degrade so nothing bad from this video.
video b) It took them 2 weeks to find that much damage in a cc. And it’s easier than painting the fence :rolleyes: Yes I know there were resets, and that’s faster than CvS2 CC resets.
video c) This video had promise and almost looked like fun. Then Felicia decided turtling was more profitable. Felicia…turtling? :tdown:
video d) SF2 characters do a lot of damage. Guile gets in once, does his damage. But omg Guile’s going to have to have a broke normal anti-air (c.fierce, s.strong?) or else darkstalkers with air dashes are going to rape him.
video e) What did I just say about Guile? What did I say about Karin? I’m just waiting for someone to break Sakura.
video f) Poor poor Ryu.
video g) Stupid dinosaur. Stupid squid. This game is awful.
video h) Watching video i before video h is funny. It lets you know how powerful Jedah is because…
video i) Leo looks stupid. I really hope the Felicia player was just ass and there is a secret way to stop this garbage.
Ironically, the dinosaur match might have had the best fighting :xeye: Yes things are early, but this game is looking to go in the direction of CvS2 (turtle, poke, turtle, poke-poke) except for Darkstalkers w/air dashes. Then it becomes a case of rushing fools down because they don’t have the tools to stop you. 10 years and these guys still can’t top ST. Hell, 6 years and they can’t top A3 :sad:
If you’ve had any experience playing as/against fly morrigan in CvS2, than all those jedah ‘cross ups’ will be very familiar. He can natural crossup with low airdash, but if he flies past you, he’ll turn around and boot you in the neck.

Play the game before we judge it, we can…and have to do better than this level of hating on the one thing we ask for over and over. I’ll repeat, fucking shut up and support capcom by trying the game out before we all boycott(without trying it) or some other equally retarded mindset.
