Good stuff guys!
I plan on being there for MK
I’ll bring my 360 too! I think I heard they have about 4 360’s so if there’s going to be a big turnout to this one then someone may want to bring theirs.
Ah, good to see a solid weekly event will get some attendance. I can make it Wednesdays but not today, I didn’t bring my stick to work. (Also it’s the 24th today)
Do they have AH3 there? Am I going to get pointed and laughed at for suggesting it?
RZGZ: AH3 is farfetch but should be fine if you can guarantee people will play it. Maybe not today but we can booth it up on slow days.
Confirmed to come for good practice:
Rae (RDK)
Jack (WhiteR)
For AE, there’s a few players coming for it throughout the day/night.
For MK, there will be up to 4-5 players. They are good.
For SCIV - top tier players of Toronto for Summer Jam.
Bring your arcade sticks and controllers ok guys. We cannot supply that in A&C World.
NeoRussell
when does it end? i might get there late
Thanks to everyone who came up to A&C World yesterday. We had almost 30 players in there. Pretty good turnout.
A&C is pretty cool to let us stay till 10p as well. The crowd died down at around 9p but it was awesome of them to let us stay a bit longer.
Next Wednesday, we will be streaming the event so don’t miss out on it.
If you guys have any concerns or issues, please let me know.
NeoRussell
Trollfix.
Good stuff Russ! Nice to see a regular Toronto venue available where peeps can congregate.
OK, so the first week was a success.
How about we make the 2nd week even bigger and better?
Stream Schedule:
6p-7p - Street Figther 3rd Strike
7p-8p - Marvel vs Capcom 3
8p-9p - Super Street Fighter IV
Please bring your own Arcade Sticks or Controllers if possible.
360 Sticks are scarce in A&C World so be prepared to use PS3 if your not prepared.
NeoRussell
I’ll be there at 6:00 straight from work. Also, my stick is dual modded so that makes things a bit easier.

what is a good day for marvel casuals? i’ve heard that wednesday is the normal day for this, is that true? and do people play on 360s there?
Wednesday is usually the day now yes. Mostly we play on PS3 but we have some 360s on Wednesdays
Can I suggest that you create stand-alone tournament threads for these events. It would help with garnering support/turnout. Sticky = Greater Visibility.
Thanks for the suggestion, advise taken. I’ll probably end up posting most of the monthlies in this thread but we’ll try to make this one a bit bigger in anticipation for T12.
I’d like to make it down to A&C tonight with hopes of getting some SSF4 AE games in. I can prolly be there by 6pm. I’d also like to pre-register for the upcoming TTT Tourney if possible. Hoping to see some other SF players there tonight as well. Finally, I think I saw a prize of a dual modded fight stick offered at some point. I got mine done at EVO this year but I have a buddy here in T.O. looking to get his Madcatz T.E. done. Does anyone have any contacts? Cheers
do you guys usually close at 8 on wednesdays too? i remember watching the TTT stream last week and saw you guys were still streaming till like 10
Do you guys do casuals on weekends? Work and school keep me from going on weekdays.
Sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier, Wednesdays are by far the best days to come down now since they are open later. Wednesdays are also where you can find Russell who can pre register you for T12.
Wednesdays are an exception, the hours are usually extended till 9 or 10 depending on the day.
They’ll pretty much have casuals every day of the week, you may want to watch out for tournament dates since those tend to happen on weekends and will conflict with what’s being played depending on the game. For most days though there’ll be an AE or Marvel setup going.
