In other news. who’s down for cvs2/3s/mvc2 tournaments. We should have some when the cabs get rearranged. According to Derek, the games are being moved to H2H.

for the MVC2 players, i’ve ordered a Jamma Harness and a Naomi Kick harness for MVC2. I sure hope this will be the final attempted fix at the mvc2 cabinet. Psx has helped me out a bunch on getting this super project going, mad thanks to him
unfortunately i have to ask the players to help with the cost of both of these wiring harnesses. cost just for both harnesses is $80 (thats not including shipping) once i get the donated funds for this i will attempt the install on the Mvc2 cabinet

I’m down for CVS2 tourneys, but they always take forever and it seems like no one gives a fuck about them enough to show up, including myself half the time. As long as I have some free time though, I’m down.

As far as I know they haven’t gotten any new games. In fact, it seems they may have gotten rid of that game that was next to the KOF XI machine (forgot the name). In its place is a second CvS2; also there’s yet another MvC2 machine that’s on a H2H.
This latest from HBB management is so top tier that my mind cannot even begin to comprehend their strategies. Who knows what they’re cooking up next. We’ll find out in another ten years (if it still exists).
2 CVS2 cabinets?..wow the last time Brian’s had 2 CVS cabinets was when the CVS2 tournaments had 35-40 entries… No clue what the point of 2 of them are…
About 2 weeks back when Steve was changing the switches on the MVC2 I spoke with Justin. He had mentioned that his plan was for multiple MVC2, CVS2 cabinets. He also mentioned bringing in GGXX (not sure what version), and some other stuff.
I suggested installing the Super SF2 Turbo board I donated to them. He said if they could find it they would. I suggested digging thru there libary of CPS2 games and installing Alpha 2, or 3 or some of the older capcom titles. He mentioned they had 15 boards of alpha 3 still and would probably install one.
I’m still scratching my head on multiple CVS2 cabinets…
controls on the other cvs2 machine is complete ass.
Alpha 3 or Alpha 2 would be nice. MVC2 on a head-to-head machine…this I gotta see. I wonder how the controls are on that cabinet.
Not that good… they are ok, but on the 2nd player side I was having problems dashing with :2p:… or rather, that’s my excuse for losing. 
Dashing on the second player side? That’s always my excuse along with not being able to triangle jump efficiently on that side regardless of what cabinet.:looney:
I don’t have a problem with :2p: but if you’re having issues with that on the H2H, I might as well just stand and watch like what I do most of the time.
