yea, fun works changed thier sticks to ball top and square gate, since then alot have ppl have been going there, but since super came out i heard it was kinda dead… plus HBB has been doing something on the weekend where they charge a 10$ cover and put all the games on free play which turned off alot of ppl that went to play games casually

Sid: To win at tekken requires massive spacing and the realization that if you wiff a move, you will get your ass kicked. So finding block strings/pressure and learning juggle combos is imperative. After you work on that, then learn how to get off the gruond, that in itself will take a day of training, DOH! If yer serious, i can show u, but I recommend working on SF, tekken is a game that takes a long ass time to get seriously good at. The first 4 years are just learning to deal with button mashers! But once u can handle them, the real fighting starts.

Bison’s ultra is like Fuerte’s where you can control the distance so you can cross people up with it. You can always use an invincible reversal move to get out of it though, because bison is only invincible on startup. If it’s meaty you can’t jump because it’ll catch you as you’re leaving the ground but I don’t see how it hit you out of a super jump…oh and it’s an overhead so you have to block high. The hitbox for it is ridiculously huge.
Hi Gomi! I’m actually here right now! I checked out the Fun Warehouse / Fun Works place! I got punked out by a Ryu player that does the same krap as I experience online (lol, I guess I can’t get away, and he says all that he plays is Ryu and doesn’t know other chars, how boring!). $1 a game is sort of not too bad, at least it’s best 3 out of 5, so my $4 wasn’t bled out TOO fast (I love to play, I’m just not that good!)! The controls there feel wonky, I think I’m too used to the TE stick with a shorter stick & octogon gate!
If you guys are busy, that’s totally np, but could we possibly meet up tentatively there for like 10am-noon tomorrow? (I have no idea if you guys are working or going to school)
