Side note: i saw a couple of video of hakan. Looks like its going bunch of long nights with me, big sweaty turk, lots of baby oil and whoever when ssf4 comes out. his st. lk(or mk.) or forward lk.(or mk.) looks like it goes a little distance. kara throw? also that slide and how fiercely he drenches himself in oil is oh so silly.
"Hakan - Seems OK at first. Looks like hellboy red and is kinda fat. Has spiky hair. Has a 360 move where he puts you in his arms and sqeezes you out with oil slicked body. you fly across the screen at a 45 degree angle. He can slide along the ground face first and hit punch during for a followup (only when oiled up). Has an air grab where he belly flops. DP+K puts on more oil.
He takes out both hands and dumps oil on himself and it looks funny. He then glows white. When he has oil, he is 200% better. putting oil on takes half a second, and its duration based. EX oil lasts a long time. In non-oil mode, he is like gief. When he is in Oil Mode, he can chain everything, like c.lk x4 into mp. Moves in oil mode have more range, including 360. Front and backdash are better in oil mode too. All of his pokes have neutral and toward versions. Has a ‘trap’ ultra, where he lays down, and if you step on him, he grabs you. You cannot touch him at all, even if not attacking. You slip on his stomach like its ice. Then he 69s you as you slide along the ground and you fly out his buttocks.
The 2nd ultra is comedy as well. 720 motion, throws you up in the air and you board the OIL COASTER. You ride him going around his body till you are ejected into a wall at the end.
His super is double fireball with kick. Its a leaping grab thats crouchable, like Alex DDT he leaps at you."
ok so… even if you walk on him during his counter ultra… you take it anyway? that’s fucked up… what if someone’s mashes out the reversal during block strings(looking at you jeff).
and his oil mode gives him chains? the fuck? chains for him but no chains for gen. i feel like fighting hakan’s gonna be a bitch and a half.
also… i feel like dhalsim should rape hakan… why you ask? dude pours oil on himself… dhalsim has fire… win.

I predict it’ll be super easy to get oil’d up since he has grabs and he seems to knock down pretty easy for a re-oil.

seriously though… that oil gives him too much shit… i mean i wouldn’t mind if he just got more range on grabs in oil mode… that’d be enough… but he gets chain combos… more range on grabs… more range on pokes… AND his front and backdash are better. that’s too many buffs for one move.
and what the fuck is up with that ultra… if you TOUCH him at all… as in walk on him… it goes off. that’s a little much. there’s no way this dude’s a joke character… i guarantee he’s gonna be an ass to deal with.
i expected dudley to be top… he’s got a lot of options and after watching that jwong shit and seeing all the ways to land his ultra… i didn’t doubt at all he’d be top. so far indicators of good characters in sf4 tend to be how many different ways they can land their ultra… and how easily they can land in reliably(balrog headbutt to ultra)…i mean dudley’s got it too… jab dp to ultra… no need to fadc.
they nerfed gen hard… he can’t do st. forward to hands anymore… i have no idea why… why nerf a character that’s so hard to win with in the first place?
i’m HELLA glad ryu can’t do trade dp to ultra. that shit was too free.
